Maybe I overthink, but things doesn't seems right.
It's not just about hardwork and time invested for the project but I kinda feel demotivated when the SOP being change as in when to what suits them.
When you have noob in your team you guide and train them with you. Not just throw them out there with limited resoures and knowledge.
